The steel bar cutting machine blade is a tool for cutting steel bars with a diameter of Ф6-40 and square steel, round steel, flat steel and angle steel with an equivalent surface.
The machine has novel structure, small size, light weight, high production efficiency, good performance and convenient maintenance; it is mainly used in construction engineering industry.
(1) Since the positioning screws of the pedals were removed during packing, before installation and use, the walking wheels should be installed first, and then the positioning screws of the pedals should be tightened.
Firm, so that the blade moves when the pedal is depressed, and stops when the pedal is released. as shown in picture 2.
(2) Check whether the blade is strong and the position is suitable.
(3) Check the firmness of each part, and tighten the loose firm parts. Check whether there are obstacles in each part, and clean them up in time if any.
(4) Lubricate the machine according to Table 2.
(5) Turn on the power, pull the clutch handle, start the machine, and check whether the direction of the large pulley is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow. If not, stop the machine immediately. After the machine stops, adjust the phase to change the direction of the motor.
(6) The machine should be idling for 3 to 5 minutes before use, and it should be cut for more than 10 times before it can work.
(7) The grounding of the fuselage should be firm, and the grounding copper wire should not be less than 2.5mm2.
