Start the shearing machine for a number of idling cycles to ensure that under normal conditions, try to cut sheets of different thicknesses, from thin to thin
to thick. Make sure the user is familiar with the shears performance.
Different blade gaps must be adjusted for different plate thicknesses during trial cutting. If the corresponding blade clearance is not adjusted, the durability of the blade will be affected.
Turn on the switch of the pressure gauge during the cutting process of the shearing machine, observe the pressure value of the oil circuit, the pressure should be small when cutting the 12mm plate
at 20MPa. The pressure of this remote pressure regulating valve No.9 is set at 20-22MPa when leaving the factory, and the user must abide by it.
According to the regulations, it is not allowed to increase the pressure on the material surface that exceeds the specified limit, causing damage to the machine.
The sound is balanced when operating. If there is any noise in the shearing machine, it should be stopped and checked.
When the shearing machine is operating, the maximum temperature of the fuel tank is <60 degrees, and it should be shut down and rested when it exceeds 60 degrees.
