How about tooth blades

Plastic packaging tooth blades are important components in the packaging and sealing industry. They are processed and produced with high-strength materials for color printing, and the tooth profiles are diversified. Suitable for packaging various machines and models, the blade products prove the degree of the blade: good material blade, high strength, processed by forging process, high-frequency assembly line heat treatment and quenching, the material reaches high strength hardness, wear-resistant sharpness and stability of service life, so that the product can achieve burr-free, beneficial quality, and improve the product to a higher level.

Hardness is the basic characteristic that tooth blade materials should have. The tooth blade needs to cut chips from the workpiece, and its hardness needs to be greater than the hardness of the workpiece material. The chip edge hardness of the tooth blade used for chip metal is generally above 60hrc. Wear resistance is the ability of a material to resist wear. Generally speaking, the higher the hardness of the tooth blade material, the better its wear resistance. The higher the hardness of the hard points in the organization, the more the number, the smaller the particles, and the more uniform the distribution, the better the wear resistance. Wear resistance is also related to the chemical composition, strength, microstructure and temperature of the friction zone of the material.

Heat resistance is the main indicator of the cutting performance of toothed blade materials. It refers to the performance of toothed blade materials to maintain the agreed hardness, wear resistance, strength and toughness under high temperature conditions. Toothed blade materials should also have the ability to resist oxidation at high temperatures and good anti-adhesion and anti-diffusion capabilities, that is, the materials should have good chemical stability.

Packaging machine teeth are high-intensity working parts. If they are not maintained for a long time, the life of the blade and the equipment will be greatly shortened. If the blade is stuck with debris, it should be cleaned in time, and regular inspections should be made to ensure that there are no debris on the blade edge and in the operating stroke. Oil the toothed blade frequently. If it is passivated, the product at the production site has bad signs and should be repaired in time. When the extra blades are not in use, they should be coated with anti-rust oil, wrapped with oilcloth or stretch film, and placed in a dry place.

If you hear abnormal sounds, see abnormal shaking or uneven cut surfaces during use, please stop the operation and find the abnormal cause. The toothed blade is seriously passivated and worn, so replace it in time.
