1. The blades of the milling machine are embedded carbide blades, with 5 teeth, 6 teeth, 8 teeth, 12 teeth, 16 teeth and integral carbide blades. The shape of the cutter head is cylindrical, pointed, and Square bar.
2. The inner hole diameter of the blade is determined by the cutter shaft diameter of the milling machine. The hole diameter of the blade is generally 4-6mm larger than the diameter of the cutter shaft, so as to ensure that there is a certain gap between the blade and the cutter shaft after installation.
3. The round blade is mainly used for milling floors, cement and asphalt roads. The milling depth is deep, and the milled surface is rough.
4. The square blade is mainly used for milling and clearing road traffic markings and hot-melt paint floors. The milling depth is shallow and the milled surface is flat.
The use of milling machine:
1. The surface of the bridge deck is waterproofed and roughened, and the beam surface of the high-speed railway box girder is smooth and waterproofed.
2. Milling and clearing of asphalt pavement bumps, ruts, network cracks, and potholes. Clear snow and ice from bridge decks and road surfaces.
3. Slightly roughen the original old road surface before the asphalt concrete is newly paved, or cooperate with a large milling machine to complete the milling and roughening of the corner area and the densely reinforced area.
4. Remove ground coating, paint, and various traffic markings; when the ground is damaged and dirty and needs to be renovated, remove the old floor surface, etc.
5. Clear airport road markings, tire braking marks on airstrips, etc., and regain a rough surface with a high friction coefficient.
6. Milling and leveling the super-elevation parts of cement asphalt pavement, expressway bridge deck, bridge staggered platform, and epoxy resin wear-resistant ground
7. For road micro-surface construction, milling and clearing the original old pavement surface to prepare for the slurry seal
