Precision cutting blade manufacturing process

Precision cutting blades are a type of cutting tool with high-precision cutting performance, which plays an important role in many fields. In cardiovascular interventional treatment, the surface of the cutting balloon system is embedded with micro blades, which is an application form of precision cutting blades. It is mainly used for dilatation treatment of coronary artery stenosis. The 3-4 rows of micro blades installed longitudinally on its surface can accurately cut plaques and fibrous tissues during dilatation, reduce the probability of vascular restenosis, and improve the success rate of surgery. Precision cutting blades are also widely used in other industrial fields, such as metallurgy, automobiles, aerospace, electronics and semiconductors, for precise cutting of different materials.

The manufacturing process of precision cutting blades is crucial to their performance. High-quality blades need to go through a precision manufacturing process, covering multiple links such as material selection, processing technology, surface treatment and quality control. In terms of material selection, high-strength stainless steel or special alloys are often used. In terms of processing technology, advanced precision cutting technologies such as laser cutting and electrical discharge machining (EDM) are widely used. At the same time, CNC precision machining technology plays a key role in creating blade geometry and sharpness. Through computer control of the machining process, high-precision machining is achieved to ensure that the blade meets the design requirements.
