Maintenance precautions for toothed blades

Toothed blades are tools with serrated cutting edges, commonly used for cutting, grooving and cutting materials. It can be installed on machine tools and process materials by rotating.

Cleaning and maintenance
Regular maintenance, clean sticky materials on the blades, spray oil in time, etc., to keep the tip of the blade sharp at all times. If stains, sticky glue, etc. on the blades are not cleaned regularly, a blade may not be usable in three months, while the blade can be used for eight months to one year under normal maintenance.

Storage method
The toothed blades should be oiled, packaged and placed in a dry tool rack, avoiding humid areas; do not place the toothed blades flat on the ground, otherwise it is easy to cause the toothed blades to deform; do not stack multiple toothed blades directly, and they must be packaged at intervals to avoid collisions between the saw teeth, and should be handled with care.

Precautions during use
If the material is stuck during the production process and the tooth blade is still stuck in the product area, do not use brute force to pull the product. Switch the automatic operation to manual operation, and then perform specific manual return operations to return the tooth blade to remove the stuck material. If the tooth blade is not sharp, grind the blade edge again. Failure to grind in time will easily damage the original angle of the tooth blade, affecting production efficiency and quality.
