Blade manufacturing process

The production process of blades is a complex and delicate task that requires strict adherence to the process flow to ensure the quality and performance of the final product. Different blade types may have different manufacturing processes, and the specific blade manufacturing process may vary depending on the material, type, and purpose.

Surgical blade: The production process of surgical blade may include steps such as material selection, casting, annealing, insulation, grinding, stamping, quenching, and surface treatment. In addition, surgical blades also need to meet specific technical indicators, such as hardness not less than 750HV0.2 and cutting force not exceeding 0.8N.

Metal ceramic blades: The production process of metal ceramic blades may include mixing powdered raw materials by ball milling, filling them into grinding tools and pressing them to form raw materials, high-temperature sintering to form rough materials, sandblasting with sandblasting machines, and cutting to form finished blade products. The characteristics of this blade are high hardness, high strength, high wear resistance, and high elastic modulus.

Disc blade: The production process of disc blade may include steps such as stirring raw materials, forming, sintering, external tapping, steam treatment, oil immersion, and packaging. The characteristics of this blade are high overall strength, material saving, time saving, and improved production efficiency.
