Advantages of Ultra-Thin Diamond Cutting Blades

Ultra-thin diamond cutting blades can be divided into two types according to the process: sintered diamond cutting blades and resin bond cutting blades.
Sintered diamond cutting blades are made by adding diamond abrasives to a special metal binder, sintering under a certain temperature, pressure, and vacuum state, and precision processing through a variety of processing methods. Due to the strong grip of the binder on the diamond abrasives and the ultra-high wear resistance, they are particularly suitable for precision cutting and grooving of alumina ceramics, zirconia ceramics, such as ceramic sleeves, ceramic inserts, ceramic dentures, ceramic insulation layers, ceramic plates, ceramic tubes, etc.

Performance characteristics:
(1) Excellent grinding ability and high wear resistance ensure that the blade has a long service life.

(2) The high hardness of the binder makes the blade have the characteristics of high rigidity, so that the blade does not deform during the cutting process, thereby ensuring the verticality of the cutting surface.

(3) Through the fine adjustment of the concentration and particle size of the abrasive, it can have good cutting efficiency while meeting the requirements of the cutting surface finish.

(4) Advanced and scientific processing methods and strict process control ensure that the shape and size of the blade have high precision.

(5) The precise classification of binders meets the requirements of selecting special blades for processing different materials.

(6) Suitable for single-piece use or multi-blade combination cutting.
