The correct usage method of hook shaped blades

Cutting materials
When cutting materials, the first step is to draw a texture on the material. Press the ruler firmly with your left hand to protect the part to be left, hold the handle of the hook knife with your right hand, gently draw along the line with the tip of the knife, and then repeatedly scratch along the scratch with moderate force until it reaches about two-thirds of the material thickness. Finally, gently pry it open with your hands and break it, with a hook depth of about 0.3mm each time.

Cutting acrylic sheet
For hard materials such as acrylic sheets, a hook knife can be used for cutting. First, press the ruler onto the board, use a knife to scratch a straight gap on the board, and then move the ruler away. Place the acrylic sheet with the notch marked on it on a workbench with a straight edge at a right angle, align the straight notch with the straight line on the edge of the workbench, and press down with your hand to cut it off at the same angle.

Safety precautions
Hand protection: When using hook shaped blades, be sure to pay attention to hand protection and avoid the blade from touching the skin.
Uniform force application: During the cutting process, pressure should be evenly distributed onto the blade to ensure smooth and high-quality cutting.

Maintenance and upkeep
After use, the blades should be cleaned and dried in a timely manner to prevent rusting or damage. At the same time, regularly replace the blades according to usage to ensure cutting effectiveness and service life.
